4. Application

( 1) The product has been used as filler to produce artificial marble ( DuPont stone) for its low viscosity in resins and quick hardening at room temperature.

( 2) The product has been used in polyvinyl chloride, epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, PE, EVA, rubber, silicone rubber, electrical and electronic products as fire-retarding filler, especially surface-coating powder offer better compatibility with resins, the properties of resultant articles display better mechanical, flame retarding and smoke inhibiting properties.

( 3) The product has been used in preparing toothpaste as an excellent frictional agent for high- and middle-class toothpaste duo to its moderate hardness and good taste.

( 4) The product has been applied in water-proof fabric, ink, glass, filler of paper, mordant, water-purifying agents, also used for preparing aluminum based compounds and lubricants.
